Once an order starts processing, Beauty by N.E.N.K. is unable to cancel the order. If an order is not yet shipped and you decide you want to cancel your order, we may charge up to 15% of the cost of the order. This charge is then deducted from the cost of the cancelled order and the remainder of the cost is refunded back to your original method of payment.
If an item in your order is not available, we will notify you for your decision to keep unavailable items in backorder until it is available, substitute with another item, or cancel your order without a fee.
Our online store utilizes a third-party fraud prevention service to assist us in screening potentially fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason.
